June 1, 2023 – Initial 50% Booth Payment Due
September 30, 2023 – Final Payment Due

December 4, 2023 – January Pre-ShowGuide Deadline
January 5, 2024 – February ShowGuide Deadline
January 5, 2024 – Credit Card Payment Required for Booth Space
January 17, 2024 – Deadline for Inclusion in the Onsite Program
*If you purchase exhibit space after January 17, 2024 your company will not be included in the onsite program, but your company will be included in the Conference Mobile App and the Interactive Floorplan.

SME has received several reports that wholesalers have been contacting attendees and exhibitors offering deals on hotels for the conference. While it is not illegal for a travel firm or booking agent to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult to determine the legitimacy of offers from these organizations. Those who opt for alternatives to the SME negotiated rates may find themselves at risk. SME reminds attendees that we have no affiliation with any of these hotel room brokers.
